Here are the results of a survey conducted with Oxy shop buyers and visitors during the course of June 2019. 1567 respondent from subscribers, Fetlife fans and Instagram followers. We decided to share it with you all.

Thanks to your valuable input, we are brewing a lifestyle brand all together. We were able to pinpoint more accurately our audience in order to adapt our website content and reach the maximum satisfaction for everyone. We strive to listen all requests, complaints and desires and will make sure to address most in a short therm. All of this with an ultimate goal in mind: Offer the finest quality and unique devices, at an affordable price, all to maximize your sexual satisfaction.

1. Question: “How do you identify yourself?”

As we can see, the vast majority are Male (an impressive 80%)! Female represent a small minority with 4% of respondent. Are men more into this alternative lifestyle than women? Do men shop for themselves for our range of devices? Yet to find out.

2. Question: “Are you more Dominant / Submissive / Switch or others?”

In the BDSM word, we know there will be mostly a power exchange with Dominant and submissive, followed by a variety of other “roles”.

Half of the respondent live their fantasies and BDSM lifestyle as submissive. Most probably linked to the enormous of male respondents, we can draw a submissive man as an average Oxy devoted.
Interesting to note than almost 40% are switch – thus living the lifestyle from different angles. Dom’s represent a minority, mostly due to only 4% identity as female during the survey.

3. Question: “What is your main Fetish?”

An open question with big tendencies! We see that Bondage / Chastity and Femdom tickles respondents fancy. Oxy is specialize in male chastity devices, so it does make senses to have a lot of devotee of the fetish - Yet a multitude of other fetishes can be seen on the “others” section. We will strive to provide guidelines, content on various fetishes for everyone’s enjoyment.

4. Question: “How active are you in the BDSM scene?”  

Only few kinksters live the lifestyle 24/7 (10%) – Most of the respondents live the lifestyle when they can or once in a while. This lives us with a teaching understand of different practices, for all curious around there. Since sessions are not daily, better for us to provide quality items for this cherish time.

To draw an average portrait of an Oxy visitor, it is safe to say that he is a submissive man enjoying bondage & chastity when he can.

II/ Oxy Strength and Weakness as a Business 

  • Timeliness of delivery 73% are satisfied or very satisfied, yet 16% are dissatisfied or very dissatisfied >> Quite a high number. We are constantly working to find the best postal service partner to improve delivery time. There are always exceptions and unexpected situations which we are trying to reduce to minimal numbers. At the end, we all depend on Delivery companies.
  • Quality of products 82% are satisfied or very satisfied, 4% are dissatisfied or very dissatisfied >> We will try to keep this second number to 0% by focusing on quality items at affordable prices.

  • 75% feel the price is just about right.>> We keep this lifestyle affordable for the community!

  • Customer service 95% are satisfied>> Thanks to you all, to Elena and Myself :) Always here for you

  • 86% are satisfied or very satisfied with the Ease of Navigation >> Constantly trying to improve our site and make it as user friendly as possible. Several people suggested to add filter categories – a feature which will be soon available.

III/ We heard you. Future improvements are on the way.   

As each and every one of us should listen what other people have to say and take the best of it, we do the same and came to this Conclusions and changes that we'll work on.

  • Focus on improving delivery time and packaging
  • Keep improving inventory to offer the widest variety of toys: Add Humbler device, more sissy items, furniture, whips, add accessories to provide a better experience to the audience.  
  • Increase the variety of products at the USA warehouse.
  • Offer more payment options to satisfy all
  • Improve description of products by adding instruction video, guidelines on how to wear
  • More sales / promotions and rewards for returning customers
  • Add filter options per sizes, colours, type. Especially for Chastity collection.
  • Blog articles connected to products, tutorials how to wear/ put them on
  • Option of Live chat
