What is Trampling in BDSM?

On a BDSM aspect, Trampling is when a submissive person becomes aroused by the thought or action of having a dominant person or people walk over his or her body. If you're new to BDSM, here's all you need to know about BDSM to get started.

The arousal is associated from elements present in a BDSM relationship – Such as pain and humiliation. In most cases, men do take the subs' position while the women act as the doms. This dynamic is often seen in female dom male sub relationships.

You can put on a footwear, stocking or use barefoot – usually related to a foot fetish. For those interested in exploring foot fetishes further, here's a walk into the foot fetish world.

Confusing similar fetish

There are other two fetishes which are mostly mistaken for trampling, namely:

Macrophilia– which is getting aroused from the “giants,” with the possibility of being mashed by them.
Crushing Fetish– getting stimulated by seeing objects which are being crushed or having a fantasy concerning the sub getting crushed.

While they can be considered as overlapping elements, each activity is distinct from one another.

Enthusiasts of trampling do engage in foot fetishes and humiliation with a dominant partner. Generally, they do not involve in any crush act or seek to know about giants. It is primarily a matter of pain and humiliation. If you're interested in exploring other forms of BDSM pain play, check out this guide on BDSM pain.
Fans of Crushing prefers to see things such as toys, cigarettes, or fruits being crushed and do fantasize about getting crushed. These people also enjoy crushing insects such as flies (Also called Psychopaths...)
Lovers of Macrophilia would like to be with hefty guys and ladies anytime; however, it shouldn’t be confused with “Fat fetish.” They love to have the imagination that their partner is growing or they are shrinking.

Can Marcrophilia be satisfied with trampling?

Yes, it is possible. The three fetishes can overlap and be combined in one fanatsay. If you're curious about other unique BDSM practices, you might want to explore this ultimate list of fetishes and kinks.

Trampling is different from Impact Play

Be informed that this kink does come with some specific safety guidelines. It is advisable to check the “Impact play chart” to find out about the places where you can strike and places you should not hit your partner – while the chart is an excellent point, to begin with, keep in mind that it is not entirely applicable to trampling.

Safety measures for Trampling

Create a safe word: Every action of BDSM needs to involve a discussion in order to reveal any concern, disclose a previous condition or injury, and choose a safe-word.
Use a chair: It is advisable to use and sit on a chair if you are a beginner or engaging in delicate body parts such as the neck or face. This way, you will be able to exert more pressure and gain more control.
Hold an object: You should hold onto something like a bar, overhead beam, heavy chair, ledge or anything solid if you will be using your whole body weight so as to be balanced.
Understand the delicate aspects: While trampling on body parts such as hands, face or neck is acceptable, you must apply little pressure. Thus, this requires you to be very careful. Yes, there are men that prefer having a full-on standing over their junk, it is inadvisable if you are not accustomed to the sub’s body. Instead, the submissive person can still be sexually tortured even with a foot on their body, while the other is on the floor.
Avoid some parts: Body parts like the stomach, hips, tailbone, ankles, spine, kneecaps, or kidney must not be stepped upon. In addition, you must watch and keep off the floating ribs, which are the last two ribs that have no link to the front.
Be mindful of the intensity: This is straightforward; a tiny lady walking over a hefty man isn’t as intensive as a robust woman walking over a slim guy.
Watch your heels: Sometimes, the use of high heels or stiletto are good for fetish. However, take note that you have to be very careful and maintain your balance, so that the heels won’t rupture or perforate a tissue. It is not advisable for beginners to start with the use of high heels.
Begin slowly:The best option is to start slowly with gentle pressure and increase it gradually, irrespective of the sub’s experience or any discussion you might have had before you start.
