2.2. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock availability, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.

3.2. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

4. Products

4.2. Purchasers use the products entirely at their own risk. The manufacturer or reseller is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage or loss caused by the use or misuse of the products. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to the products and personal injury or damages due to use or misuse.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. Your secrets are safe with us. All goods are shipped in discreet packaging to ensure maximum privacy. There are no markings on the box to indicate the nature of the contents within.

Here is how your parcel will look like: 

5.2. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2-4 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.

5.3. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and chosen shipping method.

5.4. In order to offer a wide-ranging catalog and worldwide availability, our inventory is split among different locations across the globe. All parcels are trackable with a number.

5.5. If you provide an incorrect delivery address and the order is returned to us, or you fail to take delivery, we will either:

•Redeliver the products to the correct address, if provided, subject to a fixed sum of $20 as delivery costs.

•Refund the value of the products minus $20 as delivery cost.

5.6. If the order is proven to not be returned to us, you will not be eligible for a refund or re-delivery. [Your Online Store Name] accepts no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. In this case, you will need to place a new order with the correct details.

5.7. For the Standard Shipping option, goods take an average of 5-12 working days to arrive. However, depending on the country of destination, it can take up to 30 days.

5.8. For the Express Shipping option, goods take an average of 3-7 working days to arrive. However, depending on the country of destination, it can take up to 10 working days. Remote DHL areas are not covered in Express Shipping cost.

5.9. Many factors, such as shipping queues or customs clearance, can impact delivery time. Reimbursement applies if your item is not received after 60 days.

6. Custom Taxes

6.1. There are no custom taxes for USA clients.

6.2. Canada and EU might have custom taxes in 10% of the cases. Please contact us if you need specific documents.

6.3. India will have custom taxes to be borne by the clients.

7. Payment

7.1. Your credit card statement won’t show the details of the purchase. Multiple payment methods are available at checkout, all 100% safe to use. We do not keep your financial information details.

7.2. If your credit card does not work with the standard gateway, please try with PayPal. You can input your credit card information without having a PayPal account.

8. Returns and Refunds

8.1. Please note that we do not accept returns. If you have any issues, please write to us at [customer service email/phone number]. We will do our best to find a solution or refund you if necessary.

8.2. We will refund goods only if:

•You notify us of an issue within 48 hours after you receive the goods.

•The goods arrived damaged. Please send us pictures or videos accordingly.

•Goods do not arrive within 60 days.

•Goods get lost or returned to us.

•A cancellation request is sent within 12 hours of placing the order. Note: we refund only 80% of the total value.

8.3. We do not refund:

•If a cancellation request is sent after 12 hours of the order, the order can’t be canceled and is considered fulfilled.

•For problems of size. All dimensions are mentioned in every description; please judge accordingly.

•If the seal bag is open.

•If the package gets lost and you did not provide us with a correct phone number to reach you.

•If after several attempts, DHL can’t deliver the goods and sends back the parcel to us. We do not refund in that case as it is your responsibility to receive the package.

•For some minor defects on the Steel items, which are industry standards. The devices are mold processed and hand polished, thus minor imperfections at weld joints.

9. Undeliverable Orders

9.1. Please take care in providing your shipping information. What you provide is exactly how your shipping label will be printed. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will result in a 30% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued. If you decide to have the product re-delivered to a different address, an additional shipping/handling fee of $20 will apply for US shipping addresses.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Your Online Store Name] shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products.

10.2. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11.1. oxy-shop.com makes no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the safety of any of our products. All of our products are sold as novelties only. Furthermore, we accept no responsibility for injuries sustained while using our products. The purchaser assumes all risk and liability of use for all our products.

11.2. In compliance with the Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law (18 U.S.C. 2257), all models located within our domain were 18 years of age or older during the time of photography. All content and images are in full compliance with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and associated regulations.

11.3. oxy-shop-com does not produce any content and makes no representation about any content on our site. All pictures of models on product covers or on video products offered on this site have been created/produced by other companies, manufacturers, or studios. 

11.4. You must be at least 18 years old to view our website as it contains sexually explicit material. This website is intended solely for viewing by an adult audience. By continuing to view any material contained within this website, you are stating and acknowledging that:

•You are an adult over the age of 18.

•You will not allow anyone under the legal age of 18 to have any access to materials contained within.

•You are voluntarily continuing to view this site and will be exposed to material of an adult nature.
